The Rapid
Response Squad (RRS) department of the Lagos state police command
recently caught and paraded a crippled man who specializes in robbing
motorists.
According to
tweets shared on their Twitter page, the RRS department of the Lagos
state police command caught a cripple who is allegedly notorious for
robbing motorists in distress.
According
to them, the cripple attacks people with broken down vehicles, stabbing
them before disarming them of their possessions.
He was reportedly caught recently after stabbing two passengers.
